Philipp Buddemeier began his impressive career at Bain & Company before moving to Save the Children, where he led international change management projects in India, Bolivia, and Uganda. Following further successful positions at McKinsey and Accenture Strategy, where he helped build the Circular Economy practice, he took on the leadership for Sustainability and Decarbonization at innogy Consulting. In 2020, he founded Better Earth, a consultancy specializing in guiding companies towards sustainable success.
